The Management recognized the need to establish and maintain a Quality Management System applicable to the Company's processes and compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 standard, then with the requirements of the 2008 revision and then with the 9001:2015.

The norms of the 9000 series are focused on the "organization of the company" in order to make it function as a "quality system", with all the company processes operating in harmony and oriented towards the achievement of three key objectives through:
* effectiveness: customer satisfaction
* efficiency: optimization of internal resources
* flexibility: dynamic organization, that is stable and at the same time able to resume in relation to internal or external changes
in compliance with the mandatory requirements and with the customers applicable to the company activity.

This System ensures the consolidation and development of the Company's position in the market sector of refrigeration components. The achievement of this goal requires the activation of strategies to ensure maximum attention to the needs and expectations of the customer, the continuous and measurable improvement of the performance of the entire company structure, the awareness and motivation of human resources, the certification of third accredited part of the System and its maintenance.

IMPROVING QUALITY means for us to supply products that comply with customer requests in the times and in the manner envisaged at an extremely low level of defect.

IMPROVING THE SERVICE means therefore the ready availability to collaborate with the Customer, that is the rapid intervention on the machines to carry out the necessary personalization and characterization of the product to be supplied.

IMPROVING THE PRICE means finally dealing with other companies in the sector so as to remain competitive on the market by reducing the costs of "non-quality" at all stages of the Company's manufacturing processes, direct or indirect costs, obvious and hidden, which increase the total cost of the final product and should therefore be eliminated.
